We currently have an opening for a part-time Janitorial Associate:
Responsibilities:

Cleaning apartments in preparation for resident move-ins. This includes initial deep clean and interval cleaning between apartment showings to potential residents. It includes, but is not limited to, mopping, sweeping, dusting, cleaning windows, wiping walls, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.

Cleaning property management office. This includes, but is not limited to, mopping, sweeping, dusting, cleaning windows, cleaning conference room, kitchen and bathroom.

Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that adequate stock levels are maintained.

Performing light maintenance and repairs, identifying and reporting the need for major maintenance repairs promptly to the Property Manager.

Performing other related duties, as assigned, and respond to emergency requests.
Mandatory Requirements:

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.

Must reside in San Francisco

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Ability to speak and understand basic English.

Professional demeanor and consistently punctual.

Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Must pass drug test and background check.

Strong attention to detail.

Good communication skills.

Ability to prioritize assigned tasks to meet rigorous deadlines.

Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time, push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
