We are seeking two, part-time Assistant Coordinators

This is an entry-level position with room to grow. Please bring your enthusiasm, a "can do" attitude and be willing to learn and grow. 

BRIFON is seeking associates who are capable of meeting the responsibilities and requirements below:

Your Role and Impact

Our Assistant Coordinators will be a constant blend of:

  • Customer Service - Simply put, it's your job to make sure our neighbors feel at home, well-cared for and genuinely proud to live in their neighborhoods. You will do this by showing properties to prospective tenants and communicating with residents.

  • Sales - Make renting easy. Before they become neighbors, they are future neighbors and you are there to guide them through our ultimate leasing experience.

  • Administration - Every detail counts. Whether it's following up with prospective residents before and after each tour or creating marketing posts, you'll learn how to master the basics of property management, leasing and sales.

  • Working Evening and Weekends - Our neighborhoods are busiest in the evenings and on the weekends, so that's when we need you there.

  • Miscellaneous - Provides ad-hoc support and performs other duties, as assigned.

Mandatory Requirements

  • High School Diploma

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must know how to use a computer, smart phone and tablet

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, life up to 40 pounds and walk up numerous flights of stairs

  • Personable, energetic and friendly demeanor

  • A high degree of responsibility and personal accountability 

  • Professional attire and consistently punctual

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Must be available to work weekends

Preferred Requirements

  • AA/BA preferred 

  • Microsoft Office and Yardi

  • Ability to handle time pressure and deadlines 

  • Real Estate interest preferred but not mandatory

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities

  • Ability to function as a member of a team

Compensation

$25 hour, plus generous commission
